This week we’re highlighting Men’s Health Week (12th to the 18th of June). As this year’s focus is on reducing belly fat because of the health concerns of having a waist over 37”, our own gym bunny Reece Morris-Jones will be providing some tracks you can add to your workout playlist....
At the end of every workout session comes the need for cooldown. To let your muscles relax as you do your warmdown exercises. All so you can avoid painful cramp for the next day or so. For some reason, the best kind of chillout music for me comes from 1999 era Moby. In this case; Porcelain.
Can you feel yourself relaxing? There's something about the lyrics and beats which just ooze tranquility. Perhaps it’s because it could feature on a meditation video or a whale song CD and blend in naturally*. Whatever the case, it’s a great way to end an exercise routine and this week. I hope you enjoyed it.
Now here’s the challenge. Maintain it. These songs are just building blocks. The rest is in your hands now.
